Can I join husky ride when there is no snow?
We do offer rides with our rig during spring and autumn, when the temperature is low enough.
What the temperature is like in the winter?
During winter the temperature can go as low as -30 °C. Usually however, the temperature stays somewhere between 0 °C and -20 °C, depending on the month.
Latvia has very changeable weather.
Often there is no snow in Riga, but here in the forest there is a winter fairy tale.

Can you see the northern lights in Latvia?
Yes, the Northern Lights (aurora borealis) can be seen in Latvia, but it is relatively rare. Latvia is located too far south for auroras to be a regular occurrence, but strong solar storms can make them visible even at this latitude.
In Last 2 years during high solar activity cycles (like in 2024–2025), sightings become more frequent.
